I decided to spend my Sunday watching the VMAs as I do every year. Last year turned out to be very bland compared to this year. This year I loved the mess-ups, the outbreaks, and the glitches. I remember the moment Kanye West got up on stage something terrible was about to happen. For those of you who didn’t see it, here it is.

In my opinion, Kanye was extremely childish doing that and only did it for the shock factor. His ego is way too big and he needs to learn that there are other people besides himself. I used to like his music until the 808s and Heartbreak album. It was too synthesized for my taste. Imagine yourself a 19 year old girl who has won a VMA, perhaps the biggest achievement in your life, and the moment is stolen by an egocentric maniac. So who’s side are you on?

The Palate Cleanser!

So the first thing you notice is the strange moldy green stuff. Your mind goes back and forth trying to decide what type of other-worldly thing this is. Before you have time to make a conclusion, you stop and notice the sheer disgustingness of this picture. You stare helplessly into it’s unexplainable colorations and deep crevices of who knows what. You realize that this single image will render you unable to eat for the next few hours.

You’ve given up hope.

But then there’s always palate cleanser! The palate cleanser is something that takes your mind off a disgusting occurence that you have been exposed to.
