There's a new post on The Panic Button!

I finally got home today from break and actually realized how much technology I depend on to keep myself sane. Here’s my newly made-over desk.

First I have my phone on the far left. A simple slider that is amazingly awesome for texting. Above it I have my stereo. Believe it or not it’s actually a karaoke machine that ironically works perfectly for basic stereo usage. I then have my iPod on the right which is plugged into the karaoke stereo thing and is constantly playing Sam’s Favorites, a playlist I made not too long ago consisting of only the best of The Beatles, Queen, Stevie Wonder, and Bob Marley. In the center is my new laptop with a penguin that seems quite delighted to have its picture taken.

All of this equipment is neatly plugged into two outlets, given one of the outlets has been converted into three separate outlets. I feel quite proud of my technology collection in that it supplies me with a decent amount of satisfaction.
