I have attempted to post 3 times in the last two days! But on the other hand I’m very happy with the tubbo twins thing! Cstarr and I thought that it wasn’t adding up but we went along in fear of legal trouble. I am happy to say that this situation will be completly taken care of very soon and we will do all we can to keep it from happening anymore. I will attempt to add a few pictures now…Lets hope it will work!

Posted: 31 May 2009 02:08 PM PDT I think you all remember the Tubbo situation. If not, here’s what occurred. The Tubbo twins accused me of copying something from their site. They gave me 2 days to take it down, or their lawyer would contact me. I thought, logically, they don’t have a lawyer given their age. I was quite surprised when I got an email from a Steven Burris, attorney at law. At this time, I was convinced it was an actual lawyer, and I agreed to take the image down. When I did, they informed me that they had hired a judge ahead of time, and requested me to pay half of the $500 bill. I pleaded to Steven Burris, and he forwarded my plead to the Tubbos. They asked me to add them to our blogroll, which I agreed to do in return for them waving the fee. I recently made their image on the blogroll smaller, awaiting their response to this action. They sent me an email simply asking me to put it back to the original size. My friend Michael and I conducted a scheme to get more information about Tubbo, and we concluded he was lying the whole time. Here is an email I sent to Tubbo a few days ago: Sssaam: It’s quite obvious that you were lying this whole time. I was trying to gather as much information as I could before I presented it to you. Here is the information that led me to conclude this was a sham.
You can’t convince me any further that you live in Australia. Your lawyer also said he lived in Australia, which is obviously a lie. This never happened, it was just you and your cleverness. I would like to compliment you on your amazing talent of impersonation and excuse-making. I’ll be taking you off the blogroll in 2 days unless you can come up with something that will lead me to believe that this was a truthful endeavor. All your comments on my blog will go unread. Good day. And their response was quite simple. Tubbo: Yep, every single one of those accusations, the bullet points, are correct. I will admit that our blog is stupid, we don’t really know what goes into a good blog, like yours. Perhaps we did this out of jealousy, we’re sorry for any inconvenience we caused. We were stupid for doing this, and we hope you take our apology seriously. Ha! That idiot! I hate to use that word, but that’s the only thing I can legally say on this blog. He really thought I believed him this whole time! I was just gathering the required information about him before I accused. If he thinks that I’m seriously going to apologize to him, then he must have some serious issues. Oh, and turns out, his name; Tubbo, came from a small stuffed animal toy! And the final score is…
I hope this changes your mind about ever visiting his dumb 3 hit per day blog. It really is just a stupid compilation of idiotic explanations and 2-year-old logic. I hate to hold a grudge, but from this day forward, I will never accept him, or anyone who affiliates with him. Oh and one more thing… I created that phrase, but in my version, I use a different word than noob. And by the way, their main logo came from this site. That’s right, it was directly copied from a post on this site! Can you believe that? Sreimer: PWNED WITH A SIDE OF S’GETTI! Posted in Funny |
